Initial Consultation – Free (approx 25 minutes)
I offer a free initial consultation for all first time clients. This is an opportunity to discuss goal for therapy and find out if hypnotherapy is right for you. I will explain how hypnotherapy can help, what you can expect and answer any questions you have so that you feel completely comfortable moving forward.
Hypnotherapy – £60 (approx 55 minutes)
Hypnotherapy sessions involve much more than hypnosis. The first half of each session will involve talking about your issue and how you would like things to be different. Following this we will discuss your ideal future, one which is more useful and which illustrates a more positive perspective on your quality of life.
You will then be asked to relax whilst I gently guide you into hypnosis. I will then use positive suggestions and visualisations that your unconscious mind will understand to reinforce what we have discussed to bring about beneficial change.
Stop Smoking Therapy – £100 (2 Session Package)
Stop Smoking is a two session package. The first session focuses on removing the underlying triggers such as anxiety, stress and overwhelm and increasing feelings of relaxation and confidence so that we have a clean slate to work on. The second section focuses on removing cravings and breaking the smoking habit so that you can look forward to a healthy future as a non-smoker. Sessions are held a week apart.
Hypnotic Gastric Band Therapy – £200 (4 Session package)
The hypnotic gastric band uses guided visualisations, positive imagery and a hypnotic virtual-gastric band to enable you to lose weight and break free of old eating habits to create a slimmer, healthier you.
A typical programme comprises three sessions at weekly intervals, followed by fourth session a month later to monitor your progress. Included is a weight loss audio to listen to between sessions.
The number of sessions required varies, however I normally see clients for between four to six sessions. The number and frequency of sessions can be reviewed at any time and there is no obligation to commit to a set amount of sessions.
Please note that all sessions currently take place online via secure video sessions. Face to face sessions will resume in late 2021.

I usually work with people on a weekly basis, especially during the early stages of therapy. I use Calendly appointment scheduling to arrange all appointments. You will receive an email confirmation and a SMS reminder (if chosen) with details of your appointment.
Payments are processed through PayPal in order to ensure the safety of all personal information. Full payment for the session is made when you book the appointment.
If you need to cancel your appointment please give me at least 24 hours notice. If you are late I will do my best to give you the full length of appointment however this is not guaranteed. If you miss your appointment you will forfeit any fee already paid.
You can discuss your issues with me with absolute trust. Any information you share with me will be treated in strictest confidence in accordance with the Professional Codes of Ethics and Practice of the regulatory bodies of which I am a member.
