Hello, my name is Elliott and I am a certified Hypnotherapist. Like many people, I have always been fascinated by how the mind works and how we can use our mental capabilities. I first became interested in hypnotherapy in my late teens when I would listen to self-hypnosis audios to help me relax and fall asleep, at that time it was just a passing interest and not something I thought I’d end up doing as a profession(!).
It wasn’t until much later that I came to really appreciate how effective Hypnosis was after I visited a hypnotherapist to help me overcome issues related to anxiety and overwhelm. I wasn’t sure what to expect, basing my previous experience of listening to Paul McKenna audios, however after just a couple of sessions I noticed a remarkable improvement in my outlook on life, my sleep patterns improved and my energy levels had increased.
This culminated in my decision to pursue a different career path so that I could help others make the same positive change in their own lives. I went on to study Hypnotherapy and earned my diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy at the Manchester College of Coaching and Hypnotherapy, one of the top Hypnotherapy training courses in the United Kingdom.
As I learned more about hypnosis and the subconscious mind I discovered how it is possible to resolve many life-limiting problems quickly and effectively using hypnotherapy. You really can change the way you feel and the way you behave by changing the way you think.
Hypnotherapy has been of great benefit to my life, my health and relationships with those around me, and it can be of help to you too. I pride myself on offering a safe, respectful and non-judgemental Hypnotherapy service and I am keen to work with anyone who is serious about making positive lasting changes in their life.
When not working, I enjoy spending time with my partner and taking our little French Bulldog out for walks. Originating from a small coastal town, I’m drawn to the outdoors and enjoy walking, travelling and enjoying foods from around the world. Whilst at home I enjoy reading crime mysteries, playing guitar and relaxing in front of the TV.
I’m passionate about what I do and I am always happy to help. If you would like to make a positive change in your life, then take a rewarding step and get in touch today. I look forward to hearing from you.
